A Pinot Nero from Muri-Gries in Alto Adige, shaped by alpine breezes and strong sun. It has a delicate, bright ruby colour. The bouquet brings cherry and strawberry with light spice and a gentle forest-floor note, reflecting ageing in wooden casks. On the palate it is elegant, with balanced acidity, medium body and a silky texture; ripe red fruit is joined by vanilla and a light leather note, finishing persistent and clean. It pairs with mushroom risotto, white meats and elaborate fish dishes, served at 16-18°C.
