Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC Riserva Mazon Tenuta J Hofstatter (13.5%)

A red wine from Alto Adige highlighting the varietal elegance of Pinot Nero and the character of the Mazon cru. It shows a vivid ruby colour, with aromas of cherry, raspberry and ripe small red fruits, plus light floral and earthy notes. On the palate it is refined, with soft tannins, good acidity and a balanced body, underlining a savoury texture and delicate persistence. It is suggested with white and light red meats, poultry, mushrooms and medium-aged cheeses, ideally served at 14-16 C after brief decantation.
