A Pinot Nero from Alto Adige, produced by Tiefenbrunner.
The wine is measured rather than powerful, favouring elegance, with lively acidity, fine tannins and a savoury texture. It is best served slightly cool, around 14-16 °C, and pairs well with white meats, cured meats, mushroom dishes and semi-soft cheeses.
Transparent medium-intensity ruby in colour, with aromas of fresh red fruits, floral hints and subtle undergrowth and delicate spice notes. The finish is moderate, leaving fruity memories with a light earthy note.
