Pinot Nero DOC - Bricco del Falco - Isolabella

A Pinot Nero DOC from Isolabella, showing a medium-intensity ruby colour with transparent reflections. The nose offers red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, floral notes and light black pepper, in a fine and discreet whole. On the palate it balances freshness and structure, with lively acidity, silky tannins and a sapid texture supporting a medium-bodied wine, with a pleasant persistence and a dry finish. It accompanies roast white meats, mushroom dishes, selected cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, and is best served cool, around 14-16 °C, in a wide glass.
