A Pinot Nero made by Les Crêtes, produced since 1995 at La Tour. The grapes are vinified entirely in steel rather than wood. The wine has an intense ruby colour with violet reflections, with fresh red fruit, undergrowth and sage on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, balanced and finely structured, with soft, velvety tannins. It pairs well with snacks, pasta with meat sauce, cured meats, roast or grilled meat, white meat stews and blue cheeses.
