A Pinot Nero Riserva from the Mazon area of Alto Adige, where high altitude and a cool climate favour slow, harmonious ripening. It shows a refined character and a broad bouquet of ripe red fruits, delicate spices and a light undergrowth note. Aged in fine oak barrels, it has balanced structure, silky tannins and pleasant mineral freshness, with a persistent finish of cherry and sweet tobacco. It pairs with white meats, mushroom dishes and soft cheeses.
