A light, immediately approachable rosé from St. Michael Eppan. It is pale pink, with a frank bouquet of small red fruits, strawberry and cherry, plus delicate floral hints. The palate is fresh and lively, with balanced acidity and light tannins supporting a slender, smooth drink, ending on a savoury note with good persistence. It suits aperitifs, seafood starters, summer salads, light fish dishes, fresh cheeses, white meats and delicate cured meats. Serve well chilled, around 8-12 C.
