Pinot Nero Valle Isarco

Pinot Nero from Valle Isarco reflects the Alto Adige terroir, with its cool climate and ideal growing conditions for slow grape ripening. It has a delicate ruby colour with garnet reflections. On the nose it offers mature cherry, berries and a light touch of sweet spice from wood ageing, with floral and earthy nuances. On the palate it is distinctly soft and well balanced, with refined acidity and silky tannins, giving an elegant structure and a persistent, aromatic finish. It is best served at 16-18°C with delicate dishes such as lightly prepared red meats, mushroom dishes or medium-aged cheeses, or enjoyed on its own.
