Pinot Nero from Villa Russiz. The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed, fermented and macerated for about 15 days, then matured for 12 months in oak casks and three months in bottle. It is a not very intense red with a raspberry aroma when young, becoming more aristocratic with age. Suited to spicy ethnic dishes, chilli dishes and cured meats.
