Pinot Nero Vinificato in Bianco I Germogli Monsupello

A white wine made from Pinot Noir, produced in Oltrepò Pavese by Monsupello. It is vinified without contact between must and skins, keeping a clear colour and a delicate, fresh aromatic profile. Fermentation is controlled, with brief ageing in steel. It shows a pale, bright colour with straw-yellow to light green reflections. The nose has white-fleshed fruit such as pear and apple, a light floral nuance and a subtle note of fresh almond. The palate is fresh, with good acidity and a soft, harmoniously balanced finish.
