Elizabeth Spencer Pinot Noir ExS Sonoma Coast is a red wine expressing the lightness and finesse of Pinot Noir with the fresh influence of the Sonoma Coast.
It has a medium-light body, soft tannins and lively acidity. It suits white meats, flavourful fish dishes, mushrooms and soft cheeses, and is best served cool at around 14-16 C, opened shortly before serving.
