Pisco Acholado - Tabernero (70cl, 40%)

A Pisco Acholado from Tabernero, produced in the Ica region of Peru. It is a blend of several white grape varieties, distilled in traditional stills that preserve a light, transparent character. The nose shows citrus, white flowers and a touch of exotic fruit, while the palate is soft and velvety, with a clean, persistent finish. It suits classic cocktails such as Pisco Sour or Chilcano, and also pairs with fish dishes and fusion cuisine.
