Pisco Italia - Tabernero (70cl)

A pisco from Tabernero, produced in the Ica region of Peru from Italia grapes. It is made with a double distillation in copper stills that preserves the delicate aromas of the grape. The result is a clear pisco with an intense aroma of orange blossom, rose and citrus notes, followed by a soft, fresh and balanced taste with a light sweetness and a persistent finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used as the base for refined cocktails such as the Pisco Sour, and it pairs well with seafood dishes.
