Pisco Quebranta Caravedo (70cl, 40%)

Pisco Quebranta Caravedo is a pisco produced in the fertile valleys of Ica, Peru, made exclusively from Quebranta grapes. It is produced by careful selection of the best grapes, followed by natural fermentation and single distillation in copper stills. This method preserves the fruity and floral flavours of the grape variety. On the nose it shows green apple, citrus and subtle floral notes. On the palate it is soft but vigorous, with ripe fruit and a touch of spice, leading to a long and pleasantly warm finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for cocktails such as the Pisco Sour.
