Pisco Quebranta - Tabernero (70cl)

A Peruvian pisco from the Ica region, made mainly from the Quebranta grape. It is distilled in copper stills using traditional techniques. The spirit is clear, with fresh, complex aromas of ripe fruit, citrus and a light mineral note recalling the production area. On the palate it is soft and persistent, with a clean, slightly spicy finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used as the base for refined cocktails such as the classic Pisco Sour.
