Pittyvaich 34 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the 1990 vintage, matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. It was released in November 2024 in the Old & Rare Platinum range, in an outturn of 231 bottles.
Pittyvaich is a closed distillery that operated for only a short time. The Pedro Ximénez cask adds rich, syrupy dark fruit tones to the soft, fruity character of the distillery. It is non-chill-filtered and bottled at natural strength.
