Plantation Grand Añejo Guatemala Belize

Plantation Grand Añejo is an aged rum blended from Guatemalan and Belizean spirit. It spends between three and six years in bourbon casks in the tropics, then moves to French oak casks in Cognac, where the two rums come together. The result is a deep copper rum that is smooth and easy to sip, and it also works in cocktails such as rum swizzles and punches. The nose is full of vanilla, pears and green apples. On the palate it is creamy, with baked apple, caramel sauce and bittersweet molasses.
