Plantation Isle of Fiji (70cl)

A rum from the island of Fiji with an immediate, enveloping aromatic profile. The nose brings ripe tropical fruit, pineapple and banana, supported by molasses and cane sugar, with a pleasant aromatic cleanliness and a moderate presence of sweet spices. The palate is round, warm and well balanced, with a silky texture and an initial sweetness that moves into vanilla and light toasted notes. It is versatile, suited to sipping neat or over ice, and also works in classic cocktails or alongside dark chocolate and exotic fruit desserts. Serve around 18-20 C.
