Plantation OFTD (70cl, 69%)

Plantation OFTD is an overproof rum blended from rums from Jamaica, Guyana and Barbados. It is a modern take on an old-fashioned overproof rum, created with input from tiki experts and a cocktail historian. The colour is dark mahogany. It is bottled at 69% vol in a 70cl bottle. On the nose there is toasted coconut, brown sugar, vanilla and ripe bananas. The palate is powerful, with coconut, molasses and chocolate. It works well in tiki cocktails such as Zombies and Mai Tais.
