A rum produced by infusing white rum with pineapple peel and another rum with pineapple flesh, then marrying both in an oak cask to mature further.
The result is fruity, with pineapple alongside other tropical fruits, light oak and molasses on the nose. On the palate it is velvety, with pineapple and mango, followed by coconut, vanilla and light oak.
The finish is long-lasting and fruity, with gentle oak.
