Plantation Sealander Rum

A rum blending components from three islands: Mauritius, Fiji and Barbados, spanning the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans. The Mauritius component is made from fresh sugar cane juice, while the Fiji and Barbados components are made from molasses. Amber in colour. It is delicate yet full, with great sweetness and notes of clover honey, vanilla and prune. The nose carries mild notes of baked pear, quince, dark molasses, tonka bean and a hint of smoke. Best enjoyed neat or with an ice cube.
