Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut

Cut & Dry Coconut is a rum-based spirit from Planteray, made in Barbados with the West Indies Rum Distillery. Barbadian coconuts are harvested, dried and then infused directly in the rum, with no artificial flavourings, so the fruit speaks naturally while the rum keeps its balance and structure. The nose is fresh coconut with vanilla, cane sugar and exotic fruit. The palate is round and harmonious, with a clear but natural coconut character, backed by the rum and a hint of pastry and spice. The finish is soft and persistent, true to fresh coconut. It can be served neat or over ice, and also works in tiki drinks and long drinks.
