This is a single cask Calvados aged for over 45 years, released by PM Spirits in collaboration with Vingtier Cave Normande.
The spirit is distilled from equal parts apples and pears, 50% of each. They come from a single orchard where the trees range in age from 20 to 200 years old, so fruit from both young and very old trees contributes to the blend.
