Po' di Poli Aromatica (Traminer) (70cl)

A distillate from Distilleria Poli in Schiavon, Veneto, made from Traminer grapes. It is distilled by hand in a traditional bain-marie still to preserve the grape's varietal character. The distillate is crystal clear and bright, with delicate floral notes, rose, gooseberry and hints of exotic spice. On the nose it is intense and persistently aromatic. On the palate it is balanced, with a soft entry that develops into a flavour where floral sweetness meets light spice. It can be sipped neat after a meal or used as a base for cocktails.
