Po' di Poli Elegante (Pinot) - Poli (70cl)

Po' di Poli Elegante (Pinot) is a grappa from the Poli distillery in Veneto, distilled from fresh Pinot grape pomace. Distillation takes place in traditional copper bain-marie stills. The grappa is clear and crystalline, with aromas of fresh fruit, especially apple and pear, and a light note of white flowers. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a light sweetness harmonising with Pinot's typical acidity and a long, fresh aromatic finish. It is suited to the end of a meal as a digestif or as an ingredient in cocktails.
