A grappa from Poli, made from selected Merlot pomace. It is clear in the glass, with an intensely fruity and slightly herbaceous nose in which the Merlot grape fragrance stands out. On the palate there is a balance between the warmth of the alcohol and the softness of the Merlot tannins, ending in a persistent taste. It is suited to being served as a digestif after a meal.
