A Vermentino from the volcanic soils of Maremma in Tuscany. It is a white wine with a bright straw-yellow colour, showing white flowers, citrus and light salty notes on the nose. The palate is fragrant and savoury, with a harmonious, persistent finish. Fermentation is at controlled temperature and ageing is in steel. It pairs with fish, shellfish and Mediterranean starters.
