Poggio Nibbiale Morellino

A Morellino from Poggio Nibbiale, from the hills south of Grosseto, made predominantly from Sangiovese, known locally as Morellino. Vinification follows Tuscan tradition with controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing in steel, preserving freshness and aromatic intensity. In the glass it is bright ruby with fragrant aromas of cherry, small red fruits and light spicy notes. On the palate it is balanced with gentle tannins and a pleasant persistence, suited to roast meats, rustic soups and medium-aged cheeses.
