Pol Roger White Foil is a non-vintage Brut Champagne from the house of Pol Roger, in a 75cl bottle.
It pairs a fresh character with a robust structure, and pours a golden straw colour with plenty of fine bubbles.
The nose is powerful, opening with green apple and pear before moving to honeysuckle and brioche. On the palate, quince jelly and apricot jam sit alongside acacia honey, with a freshness that holds throughout. Candied orange peel and sweet cardamom spice linger on the finish.
