Poli Americano Premixed Cocktail (70cl)

This is a ready-to-serve Americano from the Poli distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is a nod to the Italian aperitif tradition, made by blending Vermouth Rosso with Bitter. The colour is a deep, inviting red. On the palate the sweetness of the vermouth sits against the bitter, aromatic notes of the bitter, giving a balanced drink. Serve it cold, over ice with a slice of orange. It suits the start of an evening or a quiet moment at the end of the day, alongside light antipasti or on its own.
