A grappa made from a cuvée of selected grape varieties, distilled by hand in small batches in a copper still with steam-heated boilers using a discontinuous cycle. It is clean, clear and sincere on the palate. Best enjoyed neat or used to correct coffee, and it is often used for the 'rasentin' ritual of rinsing the coffee cup with a few drops of grappa.
