Poli Bassano Classica (50cl)

A grappa from Poli, founded in 1898, made from local grapes and distilled slowly in copper stills using a traditional bain-marie method. The result is a clear, bright, crystalline spirit. On the nose it offers elegant, complex aromas ranging from fresh fruit to vanilla, with a light veil of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is soft but decisive, with a balance between alcoholic warmth and freshness, leading to a persistent, harmonious finish. Serve at room temperature in small glasses.
