A grappa from Poli, distilled from Moscato grape pomace grown on the Colli Euganei. It is made using a bain-marie vacuum still and matured briefly in oak barrels, which give it structure. In the glass it shows an elegant amber-yellow colour. The nose is amiable and pleasant, with fresh fruit, citrus, honey, pastry and meadow-flower notes. The palate is clean, aromatic and soft.
