A delicate grappa made from Prosecco pomace, blended with Prosecco grappa and distilled in a bain-marie vacuum still. It rests for at least two years in French oak barriques, then a further two years in ex-Sherry PX barrels. In the glass it shows a colour between yellow and amber. The nose brings spicy and toasted aromas, with notes of milk chocolate and raisin. The palate is well balanced, with a long finish.
