An elixir from Distillerie Poli, made from a careful selection of Matricaria chamomile flowers infused to extract aroma and calming properties. It is light golden in colour. The nose shows chamomile with honey and a light herbal note. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, sweet at first, with chamomile remaining prominent and a notable persistence. It can be enjoyed neat after a meal as a relaxing digestif or used in cocktails.
