Poli Elisir Prugna (70cl)

A fruit liqueur from Distilleria Poli, made by macerating selected plums followed by artisanal distillation. It has an amber colour and a clear appearance. The nose shows intense ripe plum, with vanilla and light cinnamon. On the palate it is balanced and sweet without being cloying, with defined plum flavour, light spicy notes and a persistent finish. It can be sipped neat as a digestif or used in cocktails and desserts.
