Poli Grappa di Vespaiolo Amorosa di Settembre (50cl)

Poli Grappa di Vespaiolo Amorosa di Settembre is a grappa made from fresh Vespaiolo pomace, distilled soon after pressing. It is produced by Poli using traditional bain-marie distillation in a discontinuous still. The grappa reflects the floral and fruity notes typical of the Vespaiolo grape. On the nose it shows green apple, white flowers and light almond notes. On the palate it is soft and round, with a long, pleasantly enveloping aromatic persistence. It is suited to the end of a meal, served neat at room temperature, or with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
