Poli Liquirizia (50cl)

Poli Liquirizia is a 50cl liquorice liqueur from the Poli distillery, founded in 1898, made with pure liquorice selected and extracted by traditional methods. On the nose it shows sweet liquorice with a hint of spice. On the palate the texture is soft and almost velvety, with liquorice leading and a light herbal note adding complexity. It can be enjoyed neat at room temperature or slightly chilled, used in cocktails, or served as a digestif after a meal.
