Poli Ruta (50cl)

Poli Ruta is an aromatised grappa made by adding an infusion of rue sprigs. It is pleasant on both nose and palate and has fresh aromas with digestive properties. It appears a fairly clear golden yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers intense floral and vegetal aromas, including tea leaf notes. On the palate it has a stimulating sweet-bitter, resinous contrast, with fresh vegetal retronasal notes and good aromatic persistence.
