A young grappa from Poli, distilled from Merlot and Cabernet pomace.
It is made by artisanal small-batch steam distillation in a copper still with discontinuous steam kettles. Clear in the glass, it has a fresh, delicate aroma reminiscent of undergrowth, adorned with a floral rose note.
Best enjoyed at the end of a meal, it is smooth yet generous on the palate.
