Poli Taiadea (50cl)

A liqueur made by combining grappa and China Calisaya infusion in equal quantities. Cloves and orange peel were traditionally used in preparations, and cinchona later became a valued ingredient in liqueurs. During maceration the cinchona releases its tonifying properties into the spirit, giving a particular flavour with pleasantly spicy and fruity notes and a contrast between sweet and bitter. It is clear and amber in colour, with spicy aromas, orange, floral nuances and a distinct cinchona aroma. Light-bodied, it is a good digestif.
