Poli UvaViva Rossa (70cl)

A grape distillate from Distilleria Poli, made from selected red grapes harvested by hand in Italian wine regions. It is distilled in batches in copper stills to preserve the original aromatic notes of the grape. The spirit is crystal clear. The nose is intense, with ripe fruit, small red berries and a delicate spicy undertone. On the palate it is generous and velvety, with balanced fruit sweetness and a slightly tannic finish that leaves a persistent, pleasant aftertaste. It is suited to drinking after a meal or as a base for cocktails.
