Pomino Bianco DOC - Frescobaldi

Pomino Bianco DOC is a white wine from Frescobaldi, grown on the hills of Chianti in Tuscany. It is made from a selection of white grape varieties cultivated in the Pomino area. Fermentation in stainless steel preserves aromatic purity, while a short ageing on lees adds structure and softness. The nose shows green apple, pear and a citrus hint, leading to a vibrant, harmonious palate. It suits an aperitif, delicate fish dishes, herb risottos and white meats.
