This is an Islay single malt aged for 17 years, released in 2023 in a 75cl bottle. It was matured in American oak casks, then blended and bottled at 51.8% ABV.
The nose brings a charcuterie board of melon, ham and grapes, with bonfire smoke and citrus zest running through it. On the palate, dense smoke and minerality sit alongside raspberry leaf and chocolate, moving into red fruits and a hint of medicinal smoke. The finish is herbaceous.
