Port Charlotte 10 Years Old is a peated whisky from the Bruichladdich distillery on the Scottish island of Islay, in a 1 litre bottle. It was matured for ten years in a combination of American and French oak casks and has a deep golden colour. The nose is rich in smoky peat, with vanilla and green apple, then dark chocolate and candied orange. On the palate the peat is balanced by a subtle sweetness, with malt, honey and spice, ending in a long, smoky finish.
