A 21 year old single grain whisky from Port Dundas, a distillery that has since closed. It was filled into a refill bourbon cask on 10 October 2000 and bottled at 57% on 10 October 2021, in an outturn of 160 bottles.
The colour is natural, and the long years in ex-bourbon wood give it a tropical edge. The nose offers fruity spice with vanilla, pineapple and banana, while the palate brings full-bodied vanilla sweetness, milk chocolate and oak.
