A rosé port from Fonseca, produced in the Douro region of Portugal from typical local grapes.
It is made from Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, using a method that combines Portuguese tradition with a modern, fresh approach. It has a bright, vivid colour and an intense, fresh bouquet of strawberries, raspberries and cherries, with light floral and delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, with a light body and pleasant sweetness.
It is suited as an aperitif, or with light desserts, fresh fruit and soft cheeses.
