Porto White Fonseca (75cl)

A white port from Fonseca, produced in the Douro region of Portugal. It is made from selected native grapes and vinified to highlight freshness and fragrance. The colour is bright pale yellow with greenish reflections. It is aged in steel or neutral oak barrels, preserving the clean aromatic profile typical of the style. Suited to serving as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fruit desserts, dry pastries and fresh cheeses. On the nose there are notes of green apple, citrus and a delicate hint of white flowers. On the palate it is balanced, with a pleasant sweetness that does not dominate, supported by a light acidity that gives vivacity and persistence.
