This is a 34 year old corn whisky from Potter Distilling in Canada, released in William Cadenhead's World Whisky range. It was matured in an oak bourbon cask and bottled in autumn 2020, in an edition of 156 bottles. The nose is described as pear drops, wet wood, yeast and tree sap. The palate brings rum spice, sweetness, root ginger and cola, followed by a finish of buttercream, pancake batter and molasses.
