Powers John's Lane is an Irish single pot still whiskey, released to celebrate the original style of Powers. Matured for 12 years, it is described as a tribute to the spiritual home of one of Ireland's best-loved whiskeys. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The nose is earthy, with leather, tobacco, charred wood, dark chocolate and treacle toffee. On the palate a full-bodied spiciness leads to vanilla, honey and dried apricot, and the finish is a lingering honey sweetness on toasted oak.
